Black Bean Burgers

Healthy Eating Active Living shares a great vegan recipe. If you are looking for a vegan burger that is not full of soy and TVP, look no further.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup black beans

1/2 cup brown rice

1/4 cup onion

1/2 cup flax seeds

1/4 cup cilantro

1 tsp cumin

Black Pepper to taste

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Method:

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor to form patties. Bake or grill or enjoy raw!
