The Boxer: All you need is a towel to strengthen your upper body with this easy exercise. Start standing with your arms bent at 90 degrees and holding the towel, palms up.

1. Start standing with your arms bent at 90 degrees and holding the towel, palms up. 2. Imagine you are punching something to push your right hand forward while you pull your left elbow back. Make sure both arms are working at the same time so they are resisting each other. Then, start alternating arms. Don’t let your shoulders round forward.
