Globe & Mail: Hold a plank for an entire commercial break during your favourite show

Start by holding a front or side plank for one commercial. Then, hold for two commercials, then three, and so on. You should max out around two minutes if you complete the challenge. Progress gradually!

RONT PLANK: Start on your forearms and toes. Make sure your bum isn’t up in the air and your lower back isn’t arched. Engage your core. SIDE PLANK: Balance on your right forearm and the outside of your right foot. Stack your left foot on top of the right. Keep your hips in-line with the shoulders.CARRIE COCKBURN/The Globe and Mail
