Sit at the edge of your chair. Keep your feet on the floor, back straight and chest out. 2. Keep this alignment as you hinge at your hips to lean backward about 15 degrees. Don’t let your back round or your head go forward. Use your core to keep yourself stable. Hold for 30 seconds.
