Globe & Mail: Put those golf balls buried in your closet to good use

It may still be winter out there, but just roll with it. While sitting at your desk, place a golf ball under the arch of your foot (any ball will do, but a golf ball is best). Push into the ball so you feel a gentle massage. Take your time and roll it all along the arch of your foot, your heel and even under your toes.
