    Another tip: stop sitting so much! I switched to an adjustable height desk several months ago at work and, voila– my back doesn’t hurt anymore! (as it always seemed to before.)
    I’d also recommend getting an ADJUSTABLE height desk, rather than a standing desk, so you can make the exact height you need and also lower it for “sitting breaks” throughout the day when your legs get tired (also the best combination for your metabolism.)
