Mango Mint Chutney
We’ve got to hand it to Healthy Eating Active Living again – here’s another great recipe! This chutney is great with grilled or baked salmon or on top of a green or grain salad.
Ingredients
1 mango peeled and diced
1/2 onion diced
1/2 cup mint chopped
2 tbsp fresh lime juiced
pinch of sea salt
1/2 jalapeno minced
Instructions
Chop all ingredients, place in bowl and toss together.
