Welcome to my website

My name is Kathleen Trotter. I am a personal Trainer, Globe and Mail columnist, pilates equipment specialist and fitness writer. I am located in downtown Toronto.
I publish an email newsletter that comes out roughly once every two months. It is full of healthy recipes, fitness tips and exercise descriptions. If you would like to receive this free publication, please sign up. The sign up form is located in the sidebar to your left.
