Sunrise Smoothie

A delicious and golden anti-inflammatory smoothie from HEAL Nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop Progessive Veg Essential Powder (or other fav protein powder.
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries and cherries
  • 1 heaping tbsp turmeric or 2″ peeled fresh root
  • 2 ” fresh ginger peeled & chopped
  • 1 tbsp chlorella powder
  • 1/2 avocado or 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
