We spend so much time staring at our phones, computers and televisions that most of our heads have shifted forward, and that’s not a good thing. There’s even a term for it: forward head posture. The good news: You can start to fix it no matter where you are.
1. Pull your head back lightly – don’t jam it back. Imagine giving yourself a slight double chin. Make sure your eyes look forward, not down. Repeat five times.
