I am really proud of this column. It gets to the heart of my fitness philosophy, which is that exercise is not only good for the body, it is vital for the psyche. 🙂
The main take-away: Some movement is always better than no movement. Don’t stress about finding the perfect week to start #training or the perfect #workout. Just lace up your #running shoes and go for a#walk, even just for 10 minutes. 🙂
