I call it “piggybacking” – BJ Fogg calls it finding “tiny #habits”. We are both saying roughly the same thing. Basically, find a habit that is already “non negotiable” and piggyback a new healthy habit onto it. Or, to use Fogg’s words ‘build a new habit onto an anchor habit”. http://tinyhabits.com
