What’s a better workout: Walking or running?

As both a runner and a trainer I know how important this topic is!! My favourite quote (from me) from the article “β€œWhen you’re deciding between walking or running, you need to think about your joints, your cardiovascular health and your general health history,” Trotter says. β€œRunning burns more calories, but it’s all based on what your body can do. If you have arthritis or a back issue and you injure yourself while running, fat and weight loss will be off the table.”
