Do 10-15 reps of each exercise back-to-back without any rest. (FYI, the “back-to-back without rest” element is what makes it a “tri-set.”) After completing all three exercises, take a 60- to 90- second rest (or do a “fun” core exercise for an active recovery). Then repeat one to two more times.
