Exercise doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It doesn’t have to be an hour-long thing. You can create a plug and play list in advance that you can use as your “fitness fun list” and do something for 5-10 mins. Roll out your butt for 5 mins at 9:07. Do jumping jacks at 10:20.
