  1. Try Fartlek Intervals (unstructured, interval training) See a stop sign – run/jog/walk – dog sniffs some stuff you catch your breath. Now to that mailbox…
  2. Bring a band and when you get to a bench do supersets.
  3.  Playing at the dog park can be ultra-fun and ultra-effective. Put your whole body into it and have fun!.
