Work out with your fave furry friend!!

Get outside with your favourite four-legged friend and instead of just walking make it a workout with fartleks! Fartleks are like Tabatha workouts in that you go fast then slow. BUT, it’s unstructured!. Your dog is sniffing? go slow. When they stop go fast!!! Your dog is bringing back their ball?–Do some squats.
