Cardio is not inherently “better”.
“Better” depends on what YOU are trying to achieve.
The fitness industry has to stop pitting different workout regimes and styles of training against each other. Individuals need to be “informed consumers” regarding their health. All modalities of training have pros and cons, the trick is to create a recipe filled with the pros that work for YOU!!
