Starting with a yoga tune-up ball we are going to start by curling and uncurling our toes. Scan the area to see what needs attention. Then move to your heel – go side to side and see what needs some love. Then go back up to your toes again- scrunch away. Then lets concentrate on our arches. Wiggle side to side and up and down. Find where it’s tight and stay there.
If you have don’t have a ball but have a foam roller. You can do some great stretches there as well! Starts at 2:20 for you!
