Think “Motion is lotion” when watching this video. Grab a towel (bare floor) or a paper plate (carpet) and let’s get your joints moving and blood flowing. These are three of my favourite knee health exercises.
1) The key is to keep that body connected and core tight! Don’t arch your lower back. Full extension and keep your foot flexed.
2) Do the same as above but use a band and do it in the air.
3) This one is a standing exercise and a great way to work on your weaknesses.
