In today's "She Said He Said Trainer Chat" Harry and I discuss "UNDER-RATED EXERCISES". The older we get the more robotic our movement becomes. So, we've got some moves to keep you supple (I have problems with that word!!!) :-D :-D I suggest running backwards and Harry "re-brands" the push-up (and so much more)!! Curious?
