Using a yoga block, and a yoga tune-up ball OR a foam roller I’m going to show you some lovin’ for your legs! Make it the intensity you can handle and find those trigger spots. More weight = more intensity. Combined with the mobility massage I have a sweet stretch that will make your ankles feel soooo free when you stand up. ENJOY!!
