Personal Training Sessions

My boutique studio is located at Davenport and Avenue Road. I offer nutrition and personal training packages, as well as personalized “at home,” “travel,” and “gym” programs to fit your unique needs. Allow me to help you find YOUR fit — your unique recipe for health success!

Whether you’re looking for an in-person trainer or virtual sessions will help you reach your goals, you can purchase a single session or a pack of sessions to be scheduled at your convenience.

  • Single Session $165
  • 5 Sessions $125 each
  • 10 Sessions $99 each
  • 15 Sessions $85 each

Each session is 50 minutes long.

Personal Training & Nutrition Consulting Plans

In these programs, you’ll get individualized assessments of where you are right now AND where you want to go. We’ll develop a plan that’s personalized to your fitness personality, your lifestyle, your history, and the goals you’ve set for yourself.

In some cases, clients have complex or detailed histories that require a more comprehensive assessment – for instance, if you have a complicated fitness and diet history, multiple past injuries, or complex goals. In this case, you will be offered the option to upgrade to the in-depth assessment option which comes with additional program review time built-in.

Your Personal Accountability Buddy

When you don’t have the right support system in your life… your chance of success plummets. But Kathleen will help you become your own fitness hero and she’ll cheer you on the entire way.

With this program, you will journal your food and exercise daily.

 Each week Kathleen looks at your week of data and offers feedback, suggestions for new goals, tweaks, and words of encouragement.

Includes one 50-minute kick-off call, one 25-Minute Session Per Month, and weekly check-ins via email.
