I was desperately in need of a change of scenery, some quality time with James and Olive, and lots of nature!!! I got everything I wished for and MORE!!! Here is my life lesson from my trip…..well, life reminder since I knew this but needed to be remindedSmall things can flip your mood!!! It can be easy to think “I can’t make a massive change so what is the point” and do nothing and stay stuck in a negative state…..BUT that train of thought is just negative brain propaganda!!! Seemingly small actions, trips, conversations etc can make a huge ripple effect on your life, mindset, relationships etcWhat is your “thing”??? The thing that flips your mood!! A perfect cup of coffee? A walk with your dog? A bath?? My list includes Cody rides on peloton, walking while listening to a podcast, time in nature, and getting out of the city (even for a few hours).Start creating your list!! We often set ourselves up for health failure by trying to find the perfect week to start training.
