60 Day Fitness Challenge

Looking to get in shape but don’t know where to start? Looking to add some excitement to your regular fitness regime? Want to win some prizes at the same time? If you answered yes to any of these questions.

So what can the 60-day challenge do for you? Allow me to break it down!

WHO can join the challenge?

Anyone can join! Young or old, male or female. Those who are new to fitness all the way up to those who live and breathe fitness.

WHAT does the challenge entail?

The challenge is done over a 60 day period, with prizes awarded to the winners at the end. Throughout the 60 days, I will be sharing tips, recipes, and a full workout plan to aid you along the way. You can follow the workout plan and diet plans on their own, or add them to your regular workout regimen.

WHEN does this challenge begin?

October 1st is the official start date for the challenge and it will run until December 1st.

WHERE do I have to go to participate?

The great thing about this challenge is it can be done in the comfort of your own home! No gym membership needed, so don’t worry about rushing to the gym if you aren’t a member of one! All the exercises and cooking can be done at home or outdoors if you want to enjoy the weather whilst working out!

WHY should I participate?

This is a great way to challenge yourself and get on track to achieving your fitness goals. A lot of people shy away from fitness because they don’t know where to start, and for those people, this is a great fit for them! Regardless of your fitness level, it is a great way to push yourself whilst gaining confidence and reaching your goals! Plus, cool prizes- who doesn’t want prizes? 😛

HOW do I start?

You don’t have to jump right into it, throw out all your healthy food and buy a brand new workout wardrobe. You can go at your own pace. Kathleen Trotter has provided an excellent workout routine for every day of the challenge that is easy to follow for every fitness level. It can easily be incorporated into your day. As for the food, again, start off at a place comfortable for you and find ways to improve every day!
