Cucumber Lime Re-Hydrator

HEAL Nutrition provides this drink that’s both fantastic and refreshing after a hard workout. Cucumbers are made up of a lot of water but still contain vitamin A and vitamin C which are great anti-oxidants as well as folic acid. If you leave the skin on you get fibre, silica, potassium and magnesium!

Ingredients

1 cup water
1/3 english cucumber
1 lime juiced
1 packet of Vega Electrolyte Rehydrator

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth

Recipe Notes

If you don’t have or don’t like Vega Electrolyte Rehydrator, you can use a pinch of sea salt and a 1/4 tsp of honey!
