Beet Pineapple Smoothie

This recipe was provided by HEAL Nutrition. Have this smoothie every day for 3 days prior to competition and you’ll load up on healthy nitrates and reduce any pre-race inflammation with ginger & pineapple!

Ingredients
- 1 large beet washed and chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 handful Kale
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp chlorella powder
- 2 ” raw ginger peeled
- 1 scoop Vega one natural
- 2 cups water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
